All of our products are either digital goods and/or books, apparel, and merch items that are print-on-demand, where each order is custom-printed after the order is received. Due to the nature of this process, we do not accept returns. Be certain to double-check that you are choosing the correct format, size, quantity, and color (when applicable) before placing your order. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will review it for replacement at our discretion based on photographic documentation of the damage.
Please send an email within 30 days after the product is received to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos of the damage in question for review.
We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is your responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier or make an insurance claim.
We do not offer exchanges as all items are custom ordered and printed on demand.
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are not paid to The Creative Rebel Company LLC nor are they set by The Creative Rebel Company LLC. Import fees, duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. The Creative Rebel Company LLC is not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
